JLM is capable of providing fabrication of materials and components for applications ranging from macrostructures to micro/nano materials and devices.
Among the wide range of available fabrication methods, JLM can offer Stereolithography rapid protoyping (Viper Si2 SLA system), of 3D solid objects using CAD data, standard and numerically controlled milling (CNC) machines, standard and CNC lathes. Composites manufacturing facilities include autoclaves, hot press, vertical-air flow oven, vacuum pumps. Polymer/Composite cure and post-cure processes can be executed in our laboratories. Environmental chamber are also avaiable for accelerated testing.

JLM also offers Nano/micro fabrication processes in state-of-the art clean room facilities for the realization of silicon- and polymer-based devices. JLM has advanced facilities for growing nanomaterials (carbon nanotubes, nanodiamonds, graphene, silicon nanowires, metal nanowires), for their integration and realization of nanoncomposites as well as for the realization of advanced systems such as sensors and energy storage devices (supercapacitors, among others).
